  Military Family Liaison

Every parent wants their child to be successful in life, but constant relocation associated with military lifestyle can be difficult for children to cope and thrive in school. This can cause a lot of stress on military families and should not be a road they have to travel alone.

The Military Family Liaison is here to help ease the school transition and take some stress off the soldiers so they can get settled in quicker and back to their mission. The goals of the military liaison program are to identify barriers to academic success and develop solutions; promote parental involvement in their children’s education; develop and coordinate military partnerships in education; provide parents with the tools they need to overcome obstacles to education that stem from the military lifestyle; and to promote and educate local communities and schools regarding the needs of military children.

Our Military Family Liaison is Josie Bustillos spouse of Master Sergeant Manuel Bustillos Jr. I have 4 children who attend  Chapin High School, H.E. Charles, and here at Bradley. I have the honor to work here at Bradley Elementary and if you have any questions, concerns or would like assistance in any way, you can be contact me at 915-849-2840.
